Recommended Adult Dosage
1-2 tablets, 2-3 times daily

Rehmannia root (prepared), Asiatic cornelian cherry, Chinese yam root, Asian water plantain rhizome, Tree peony bark, Poria cocos fruiting body, Anemarrhena rhizome, Phellodendron bark

50 mg excipients & binders: silicon dioxide (glidant/dehydrant), stearic acid (lubricant/binder), microcellulose (coating).
