Items that have been opened, used, or that are heat-sensitive are not eligible for return. Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery of your items. A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) is required for all returns. You may request an RMA # by contacting a member of our customer service team at 1-844-879-0049 or email@example.com. Orders containing 10 or more of a single item (Bulk Orders) are considered Special Orders. Special orders may take between 3-5 days to process and will not be eligible for return as we keep our inventory low to ensure freshness of lots.
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed. Orders placed before 3pm CST may be processed on the same day. All orders placed Monday-Friday are typically processed within 24 hours. Orders placed on the weekend are typically processed first thing Monday morning. Once your order has been processed, it is no longer eligible for cancellation.

Autoship Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind about your Subscription? No problem. You can cancel anytime by going to "Manage My Subscription" when you are logged into your account. Please note, items that have already processed and/or shipped are not eligible for refund. If you cancel your subscription after your order has been processed and/or has shipped, your cancellation will take affect for the next fulfillment interval.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after placing your order. This email will provide the confirmation numbers and order numbers you can use to look up your order while it is still in our system (if you opt to create an account). Once an order has been processed for shipping, you'll receive another email with a link to tracking information from the shipping carrier. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to process before shipping.

Partial Shipping & Backorders
On rare occasions we may run out of stock on an item. This may cause a slight delay of shipment for your order or prompt us to split your order and ship the part of it that is available.
Occasionally a manufacturer has run out of supplies to create a specific item, putting it on backorder for an extended time. If an item you ordered is going to be back-ordered for an extended period of time, we will notify you via e-mail of this delay and then automatically ship the products to you as soon as they are available.
If your back-ordered item(s) will arrive in a timely manner from the manufacturer, we will delay your shipping so we can send your order in its entirety. If your back-ordered item(s) will not arrive in a timely manner from the manufacturer, we will ship your partial order and automatically ship the back-ordered items as soon as they become available at no extra cost to you.

Pricing Matching Policy
We love the brands that we offer and respectfully comply with their Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies. Due to this practice, we do not do price matching. We've learned that some retailers do not practice MAP compliance, dropping prices below the MAP, and we're not able to investigate each and every price discrepancy on the internet to verify validity and match it.
