Formulated for symptoms associated with bronchitis, pneumonia, asthma, croup and other respiratory system conditions.

According to the Materia Medica the following remedies in Bronchitis Asthma may be administered for the following conditions:
Antimonium tartaricum: Bronchitis; Great rattling of mucus but very little is expectorated; Anxious oppression of the chest, with a sesation of heat, which ascends to the heart; Rapid, short, difficult breathing.
Arsenicum album: Asthma; Bronchitis; Burning or coldness in chest; Worse with exertion and at night; Expectoration scanty, frothy.
Bryonia: Asthma; Bronchitis; Mucous membranes are all dry; Dry, hacking painful cough.
Camphora: Asthma, worse from bodily exertion
Chelidonium majus: Liver remedy; Chest disorders; Short breath and tight chest; Deep-seated pain in whole right side of chest.
Cinchona officinalis: Asthma; Dyspnea, sharp pain in left lung; Suffocating catarrh; Rattling in chest, violent hacking cough after meal.
Drosera: Spasmatic cough resembling whooping cough; Coughing attacks follow each other very rapidly; Asthma when talking; Coughs and chokes.
Echinacea: Acute auto-infection, septic conditions; Constant clearing of mucus from throat; Pain in region of diaphram.
Eucalyptus globulus: Asthma with great dyspnea and palpitations; Bronchitis in elderly feeble people; Fetid bronchitis, bronchial dilation and emphysema.
Hepar sulphuris calcareum: Bronchitis; Croup with loose, rattling cough; Pneumonia; Lung disorders; Suffocating, violent cough with retching; Choking cough.
Histaminum hydrochloricum: Chronic bronchitis; Asthma; Emphysema.
Influenzinum: Fever; Dry, painful cough; Bronchitis; Bronchial asthma.
Ipecacuanha: Cough is violent and incessant with every breath; Bronchitis; Loss of breath on least movement; Loose, coarse rattle in chest w/o expectoration; Bronco-pneumonia.
Kali bichromicum: Thick, sticky, ropey, stringy, tough discharges; Chilliness alternating with flushes of heat; Asthma; Bronchitis.
Kali carbonicum: Asthma; Pleurisy; Pneumonia; Lung disorders; Wheezing in chest.
Kali iodatum: Affection of bronchia; pulmonary edema; Pleuritic effusion.
Lappa major: Short of breath on exertion; Acute tingling, cutting pain under sternum across chest.
Lycopodium clavatum: Asthma; Lung disorders; Neglected of unresolved pneumonia with great dyspnea; Hepatization of the lungs (conversion of tissue into a firm, jelly-like substance resembling the liver; usually refers to the lungs during pneumonia).
Myrrha: Stimulant, tonic and anti-septic; Bronchitis.
Natrum sulphuricum: Cough with thick, ropey, greenish expectoration; Shortness of breath during damp weather; Delayed resolution in pneumonia; Shortness of breath, especially when walking.
Nux vomica: Shallow and oppressed respiration; Acute bronchitis; Dyspnea.
Phosphorus: Very painful sensibility of larynx, which prevents speaking; Pneumonia in left lower lung; Catarrh with cough, fever and fear of death.
Pulsatilla: Shortness of breath (dyspnea); Moist cough, with expectoration of white, green, tenacious mucus, or of thick yellowish matter of a bitter, greasy, salty or putrid taste; Respiration accelerated, short and superficial (during fever) or rattling and anxious.
Rumex crispus: Copious mucous discharge from nose and trachea; Asthma; Bronchitis; Dry, teasing cough, preventing sleep.
Sanguinaria canadensis: Bronchitis; Croup; Hydrothorax (fluid in the chest); Hemoptysis; Spasmadic cough after influenza and after whooping cough; Continual, severe cough, with circumscribed reddness of cheeks, with pain in chest.
Spongia tosta: Dryness of mucus membranes; Dyspnea and stitches in chest; Asthma; Croup; Wheezing respiration.
Stannum metallicum: Bronchitis; Expectoration, easy, quantities of sweet, salty, sour, putrid or bright yellow pus or ball of mucus; Knife-like pains in chest; Respiration short, oppressive.
Tussilago farfara: An Intercurrent medicine in tuberculosis of lungs; Coughs.
Verbascum thapsus: Asthma; Frequent attacks of deep, hollow cough, sounds like a trumpet, caused by tickling in the larynx and chest.

Suggested Use:
Ages 12 and up, take 6 drops or pellets orally (ages 0 to 11, give 3 drops or pellets) one to four times daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. Under age 2, crush or dissolve pellets in purified water.
