For optimal absorption, apply to feet and toes, hands and fingers. Apply to damp or dry skin and let air dry for best results. Once dry, the Magnesium is fully absorbed. No rinsing necessary. 

Massage: 

Adding Magnesium Gel to massage oils speeds relaxation of tight muscles while adding needed magnesium to the body.

For Sore Muscles:

Apply and gently rub into the area - repeat as necessary.

For Hair:

Apply to hair before drying for added control when styling or for a more natural look.
