Formulated for symptoms associated with acute or chronic constipation due to conditions such as poor diet, pregnancy, inactivity and muscle weakness.

According to the Materia Medica the following remedies in Constipation may be administered for the following conditions.
Abies nigra: Constipation; Dyspeptic troubles of the elderly.
Aesculus hippocastanum: Constipation; Dry hard stools of several colors.
Aloe socotrina: Constipation with heavy pressure in lower part of abdomen; Bad effects from sedentary life or habits.
Alumina: Constipation of infants and old people from inactive rectum and in women of very sedentary habit; Even a soft is passed with difficulty; Great straining.
Bryonia: Stools are large, dry, very hard; Feces too large with difficult evacuation.
Carbo vegetabilis: Constipation; Stools putrid, ineffectual urging; Ineffective evacuations.
Chelidonium majus: Stools hard, round balls like sheep's dung; Liver remedy; Stools float; Alternating constipation and diarrhea.
Collinsonia canadensis: Most obstinate constipation with protruding hemorrhoids; Constipation during pregnancy, with dysmenorrhea, following labor; Bowels are not moved for days; Constant pressure in rectum with a heavy dragging ache in pelvis.
Echinacea: Blood flows after stools; Sense of something large and hard in stomach; Abdomen is tender and distended.
Graphites: Constipation, large, difficult, knotty stools united by mucus threads; Fissures of anus.
Hydrastis canadensis: Obstinate constipation; Constipation aggravated by cathartic medicines.
Iris versicolor: Urging to stool with headache, facial neuralgia and pain in teeth; Anus feels sore as if sharp points sticking in it.
Kali carbonicum: Constipation after or during menses; Burning in rectum and anus.
Lycopodium clavatum: Constipation in pregnancy; Stool is hard, difficult, small and incomplete; Constipation of long standing.
Magnesia muriatica: Absence of desired stool; Obstructions of bowels from induration of feces.
Mezereum: Constipation after confinement; Constipation with hepatic and uterine inertia; Constipation stool dark brown, in knots, very hard balls, with great straining but not painful.
Nux vomica: Feeling as if part of stool remained unexpelled; Urging of stool felt throughout abdomen; A constipated feeling whatever the state of the bowels.
Phytolacca decandra: Continuous urging of stools even in sleep; Constipation of the aged and those with a weak heart.
Podophyllum peltatum: Constipation alternating with diarrhea; Constipation, clay-colored, hard, dry, difficult.
Rhamnus purshiana: Rheumatism of muscle and joints with obstinate constipation; Hemorrhoids and severe constipation.
Sanicula: Even soft stool requires great effort to expel; After intense straining , the stool, which was nearly evacuated, recedes; No desire for stool for 3 or 4 days.
Selenium metallicum: Constipation from rectal weakness with flatulence.
Sepia: Constipation obstinate, no urging for days; Pains shoot up in rectum.
Silicea: Constipation always before and during menses; Straining with soft stools with exhaustion; Shootings and itching in anus, and in rectum, also during the evacuation.
Tabacum: Constipation with rectum paralyzed, prolapsed; Habitual constipation; Prolapsus ani.
Taraxacum officinale: Evacuations several times a day, but accomplished with great difficulty; Liver disorders.
Veratrum album: Constipation from inactivity of rectum with heat and headache; Constipation of babies and when produced by very cold weather; Stools large with much straining until copious and forcibly evacuated, followed by great prostration.
Zincum metallicum: Constipation; Stools large, dry, difficult, followed by involuntary urination.

Suggested Use:
Ages 12 and up, take 6 drops orally (ages 0 to 11, give 3 drops) as needed or as directed by a healthcare professional.
