Bromelain 180 vegetarian capsules

Bromelain is an extract of the pineapple plant. A pineapple plant is a bromeliad, also known as a Bromeliaceae. Bromelain is the enzyme mixture, from the pineapple, that digests proteolytic, Proteolytic is a protein. Bromelain has also been shown, in studies done in Europe, to be effective as an anti-inflammatory agent. It may hasten the relief of swelling and pain that can occur after participation in sports or other exercise activities. It may also offer assistance in the maintenance of healthy tissues.

Directions: One (1) capsule four (4) times daily or as directed by a physician.
