Directions: Delicious smoothie blend for malts and milk shakes. Blend one tablespoon of Maca Picchu to 8 oz of juice, rice, soy or regular milk and any type of fruit. Can also be used over cereal or added to pancake batter, cookies, breads and cakes.

INGREDIENTS:

Peruvian White Carob: (Prosopis pallida) A naturally sweet seed pod with a vanilla-like flavor, it provides Vitamins C and E and potassium. Rich in iron, it is a nutritional tonic.

Lucuma: Prized by the Inca, an ancient fruit from the Andes that tastes like dried ice cream! An excellent source of vitamins and minerals - including remarkable concentrations of beta-carotene, niacin and iron. Lucuma is one of the Lost Crops of the Incas!

Amaranth: is a native plant from the Peruvian Andes high in nutrients, lysine, calcium, phosphorus, iron, potassium, zinc and vitamins E and B complex.

Maca: remarkable root packed with nutrients, alkaloids, proteins, vitamins B1, B2, and C, trace elements of zinc, manganese, iron and macro and micronutrients.
