Ingredients

Asian water plaintain rhizome, Poria, Zhu ling sclerotium, White atractylodes rhizome, Chinese cinnamon twig.

Ze xie, Fu ling kuai, Zhu ling, Bai zhu, Gui zhi.

50 mg excipients & binders: silicon dioxide (glidant/dehydrant), stearic acid (lubricant/binder), microcellulose (coating).

1-2 tablets, 2-3 times daily
