One Link Decoction, also called Yi Guan Jian, is a traditional Chinese preparation that is used to help individuals with liver blood-kidney yin vacuity and concomitant liver depression qi stagnation. Further symptoms include stomach duct distention and fullness, chest and rib-side pain, and dry, parched mouth and throat. These individuals may also suffer from pale skin, lips, inner eyelids, and tongue. Acid regurgitation, muscle cramps, particularly at night, night-blindness, and prematurely grey hair may also be common.

The Yi Guan Jian capsules by Blue Poppy Classics are formulated to nourish and enrich liver blood and kidney yin, and it is also designed to course the liver and rectify the qi.

Suggested Use:
Three capsules two times per day.

Dang Gui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis) 68 mg
Chuan Lian Zi (Fructus Toosendam) 45 mg
