Returning Spring capsules contain a blend of herbs used in traditional Chinese medicine based on Ne Wei-de's Ti Qi Cong Ming Tang. This formula was recorded centuries ago, and this modified version is based on recent research by Wang Jian-Ju. The aging process, according to Chinese medicine dictates that the signs and symptoms of aging have to do with Qi and blood vacuity that evolve into Yin and Yang vacuity. This can be further complicated by blood stasis and phlegm turbidity. Many practitioners of Chinese medicine know that vacuity of the kidneys is often the root of premature aging. And further, that a spleen vacuity can lead to kidney vacuity, and dual Qi and Yin vacuity.
