According to the Materia Medica the following remedies in Inflammation may be administered for the following conditions:
Aconitum napellus: Acute, sudden and violent illness with high fever; Anxiety, fright and shock; Restlessness; oppressed breathing.
Aloe socotrina: Diarrhea; Chills; Restless.
Anthracinum: Succession of boils; Excessive thirst but can hardly swallow; Phlegmonous (spreading with pus) inflammation and ulceration.
Apis mellifica: Inflammation of kidneys; Anxious restlessness and fidgety; Allergic reactions; Great inclination to sleep.
Arnica montana: Injuries; Trauma and it's effects, recent or remote; Surgical operation.
Arsenicum album: Food poisoning; Fevers; Glandular swellings; Edema around eyes; Liver and spleen enlarged and painful.
Baptisia tinctoria: Restlessness; Foul odor; High fever, sudden onset; Can swallow liquids only.
Belladonna: Abscesses; Glands swollen, tender, red; Burning heat, bright redness and dryness.
Bryonia: Mucous membranes are all dry; Irritablity; Thirst for large quantity of cold water.
Cantharis: Inflammations are violently acute or rapidly destructive in the mucous and serous membranes; Tenacious mucous.
Chelidonium majus: Jaundice; Liver disorders; High fever.
Crotalus horridus: Low septic states; Edema about the effected part; Severe chills; High fever.
Echinacea: Abscess; Blood poisoning; Fevers; Poisoned wounds; Vaccinations effects.
Ferrum phosphoricum: First stages of all inflammatory disorders; Fevers of unknown origin; Great prostration (exhaustion).
Gaultheria procumbens: Inflammatory arthritis, rheumatism, pleurodynea (pain in lungs), and other neuralgias; Prolonged vomiting.
Hepar sulphuris calcareum: Abscess; Ear infections; Glandular swellings; Skin disorders.
Iodium: Acute exacerbation of chronic inflammation; Flushes of heat all over the body, heat waves and rushes of blood to the head.
Lachesis mutus: Inflammation of tissues; Flushes of heat; Carbuncles, ulcers with bluish purple surroundings.
Nux vomica: Irritable nervous system; Digestive disturbance; Eruptions with burning itching.
Phosphorus: Irritation, inflammation and degeneration of mucous membranes; Breathing quickened, oppressed; Wounds bleed very much, even if small they heal then break out again.
Pulsatilla: Changing, shifting symptoms; Thirstlessness, chilliness and shortness of breath; Mucous discharges are profuse, bland, thick, yellowish green.
Pyrogenium: Septic states with intense restlessness; Horribly offensive discharges; Septic cuts, bites and wounds.
Rhus toxicodendron: Extreme restlessness with continued change of position; Swollen glands.
Veratrum album: Sudden effects; Violent congestive conditions.
Verbascum thapsus: Soothes nervous, bronchial and urinary irritation.

Suggested Use:
Pets, under 50 lbs., give 3 drops orally (50 to 500 lbs. - 6 drops, over 500 lbs. - 1/2 teaspoon) as needed or as directed by a healthcare professional. Place in mouth or purified water.
