How OHCO-Motion Works
This finely crafted Chinese formula of 19 sorely needed herbs shows you how to relieve muscle pain by promoting the body's natural mobility and targeting the limbs and systems below the waist while sister product, OHCO-Flow, does the same for those areas above the waist.
Relieves pain, stiffness and soreness from over-exertion, post-injury or aging bodies. Moisturizes and lubricates the circulatory system at a deep level. Promotes natural mobility, increases circulation and clears stagnation.
Directions: Two capsules, three times a day. Can increase to one capsule every 20 minutes during times of extreme over-exertion or trauma. Do not exceed more than 24 capsules in a 24 hour period.
Directions for Children Under 12
When to use OHCO-Motion: growing pains, injuries, carpal tunnel, juvenile arthritis, shin splints, broken bone recovery. OHCO-Motion focuses on pain, stiffness & soreness below the waist.
Directions: For ongoing challenges with pain (such as arthritis); we recommend committing to a daily, low dose of 2-4 capsules (1/4-1/2 tsp); lowering the dose as the body comes back into balance.
For growing pains and injury recovery use as needed: one capsule every 20-30 minutes until there is a shift in symptoms. If growing pains are disruptive to sleep, give two capsules in the evening before bed.
